Hello. Is there a lost & found for the ferry? Last night I left my rollerblades on the ferry from Wards to Center at approx 10pm. They are dark grey, and old, but I would really like to get them back if possible. If this is possible, please please let me know how I can get them back. Thank you!

Are the bike rentals or bike share open in October? Do you have to sign up for the bike share ahead of time? Are the restaurants open in October?

To all the people asking questions, making complaints. This is not an official website that will give you an answers or help. Go to the City of Toronto website for the islands or CALL 311. 416-392-8193 for Ferry.

When does the Fall ferry schedule start?

When will I be able to use the Presto Card to pay for ferry tickets?

Lost and found: on Centre Island near the ferry dock from May to September from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Hi, is there a lost and found center in Center Island? If so, How can I contact them?

No limit on group size at this time.

If I am travelling with a group of people, is there a limit to the amount of people I'm travelling with?

We went kiaking yesterday and were very happy with the excellent service! Great service, friendly crew and wonderful management! Thanks a lot for an unforgettable memory!

Hi I was wondering how I book a visit to centre island I cannot seem to figure it out thank you

If you are concerned about covid protocols DO NOT HO HERE! No one is enforcing the rules stag just stands around talking. They packed us in line and on the boat I wish we never came and purchased island& ferry passes early. I am so disappointed, disgusted , appalled in the way the city and staff are running things . We will not be back again this year .. maybe longer I have pics and vids I plan on sending in for complaints

re: social distancing on the ferry: technically yes. in reality it's a crowd like you've never seen before. masks are mandatory but not everyone wears them. staff doesn't care. quite an appalling job they they (don't) do. either have rules and enforce them or don't bother with the rules

Is there social distancing on the ferry boat to the islands? Is capacity being reduced or is it as “pre-Covid”. Any mask requirements on board? We would like to visit with our young children but want to ensure safety.

re: canoe rental reservations: Boat availability is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Centreville is now open

Hello, I wondered if I could confirm - is it possible to reserve the canoes and kayaks, or are the rentals just first-come-first-serve? And when you recommend getting there "early" to get the pick of boats, what is "early"? When does the Boathouse open?

re: Ferry return ticket:Ferry is always free returning to the city side, no matter how you got there.

Hi, is the return ferry also free for those who took the water taxi? Thank you!

Very disappointed with the Captain of the Ferry that left Centre Island this evening at 7:10. I, along with about 5 other people, were running for the ferry and only 50 feet away and the captain could clearly see us and chose to leave anyway. For those of us that work at the island, this was a huge inconvenience as the ferry is timed with the Go Train schedule to go home. Not being allowed onto the ferry, meant that my journey home after a very long day to Mississauga had another hour wait because of this. I get that the ferries have to be on schedule but the Captain was almost gloating about it.

Couple of weeks ago, I was stopped at the ferry dock and was not allowed on the ferry because I was bringing my portable charcoal bbq grill. Apparently, there’s a new bylaw..? I asked the ticketing booth what I can do and was told to take the water taxi. I’m planning to have more bbq picnics over the summer at toronto island. Would like to know if there are any updates on this matter thx

Can I still use the BBQs at Toronto island on mid July?

Hi I am planning a visit to center Island on Wednesday ,June 30th. Will it be very crowded on the ferry specially on a weekday? Is it advisable to take a ferry or water taxi ? Thank you

Hi! I would like to ride canoes. Do I have to book it in advance or is it first-come first-serve?

your info about bringing BBQ's is both wrong and misleading. You can bring a BBQ to the Island as has been the case for the last 100 years.

Ferry tickets are for the day so you can use any ferry during the day you have your ticket.

It's my understanding that kayak rentals are now open. Good luck!

Hi there - I'm wondering if the boathouse is currently doing kayak rentals on the island? Thank you, Elinor

Hi I was just wondering about ferry schedules. So I am planning on coming in the 19th and have a ticket booked. I was wondering if we can depart the island at any time on any ferry giving us time to roam around the islands rather than having to leave at a set time. Through my understanding the ticket is valid the entire day for when we choose to leave and depart the island if you could confirm this. Thank you!

When will the island reopen? It's hard to know based on the city website? Seems like restaurants are now open? Anyone been recently?

We are a family of 5. Can we bbq in Toronto island? Where can we exactly go and bbq?

Hey, I have lost my car keys somewhere near the centre island ferry dock. it's a Honda key with 4 buttons on it and there's a single silver key attached to the car key as well. Please contact me if it's spotted.

The Centreville website still shows "2020 season pass purchase" on their website (it's Jun 2021) so it seems they just shut down last year and not updated their website since. Not very hopeful they will open this year :(

I was wondering if any facilities, such as bike rentals, will be available on the island starting June 10, 2021

Please advise if the amusement park and the Far Enough Farm are open this summer (2021)?

Hey, just wondering if the Kayak rentals at the boathouse are still available at the moment with current covid protocols?

Does anyone know if we can BBQ at the island now during covid? We will be bringing our own charcoal BBQ, won't be using the ones available at the island.

Seems like another year that's going to be total wash due to Covid at the island. Vaccines aren't coming quick enough for the summer. We'll be back next year hopefully with the entire island open. My kids miss Centreville :(

Hello, I have 7 ferry tickets from a number of years back and I’d like to know whether I may still use them when the service resumes. They read “adult”, are blue and have sequential serial numbers. Thank you for letting me know

I hope that your week has been going well! We're looking to source a Canoe for a potential video shoot in early June. We’re hoping to capture the vehicle driving up / down a lake, nearby residential homes or buildings. Could you please let me know if you have the equipment available and if it’s something we can discuss in more detail? Also wondering: 1. What areas do you conduct your rides? 2. Would there be a manager/ lifeguard present in the rare case of an emergency? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

My name is Denys Novakovskyy, I am in my second year at Georgian College in Ontario completing the Marine Navigation program. I am wondering if there are any openings available for me to do my Co Op as a deck cadet on your ferries, or I am also able to work as a deckhand. I have all the certificates required for work and I am able to start as soon as possible. Thank you for your time, Denys

Hello, Are there any cottage rentals for this summer?

Can I get to the Island?

Not hopeful with the new lockdowns that we'll get to see much of Toronto islands in 2021 unless somehow COVID is stopped real soon!

I hope toronto islands will be open in 2021, especially the theme park, we missed it last year badly!

Are the ferries going on 26th December please?
